We are selling tickets for our gala on Jot Form. We are having an issue that people are selecting the wrong items for which they want to buy tickets and now we need to either refund them completely and have them refill the form or do something else to fix it. I don't see an option on Jot Form to do refunds so please guide me to what is the next best solution. (The specific issue of selecting "wrong items" is that parents of our school are purchasing tickets for their children in different age groups. Parents who should be purchasing tickets for children in grade X are instead accidentally buying tickets for grade Y, causing them to either pay too much or too little for what that family is supposed to pay.) Please advise.

Since the payments are processed directly by the form integrated payment processors, the refunds can only be made directly from the payment gateway dashboard itself.
