Hello,
We use Kindful as our donor management system and are currently using Jot Form to sell tickets to our fundraising gala. None of these tickets are tax-deductible so we don't want them noted as donations within Kindful. However, every time someone buys a ticket, it's showing up in Kindful as a donation they've made because Jot Form I guess is connected to Kindful via Stripe payment processor. I've already contacted Kindful and they said these amounts are not being integrated into Kindful by any settings available in Kindful. How do I disable this from my end in Jot Form?

If the option Collect Donations is selected as the payment type option in the Stripe wizard, it may be marked as a Donation. As I check the form, the Stripe integration is using the Products option as the payment option. So, JotForm should be sending the product information to Stripe with the products and price only.
I believe that it is not being sent using JotForm. Could you check with Stripe if they can be of some help?
On a side note on your form, you may setup a Show/Hide condition on the form for the field Pay By to show the Stripe/Check Ticket and Table selections accordingly.
