I dont understand why I would need a "File Upload"

    I dont understand why I would need a "File Upload" section in the form. I just want the form submissions to go to my Dropbox as a PDF document. I am not uploading any files to the form. I have set up the Dropbox integration and tried several test submissions. None of them are going to my Dropbox account.

    Sorry for the confusion. The title of the guide is "Upload to Dropbox using Jotform" means the purpose of the form is for direct upload of files to Dropbox.

    However, if you only want to receive submissions as PDF in your Dropbox, it is also possible. Simply integrate your form to Dropbox and you will receive submissions as PDF to your Dropbox.

    I have integrated our system with Dropbox, but the PDF submissions are still not showing up in our Dropbox folder. I don't understand what the issue is?

    I set it to upload to our main folder in Dropbox with no subfolder. It is still not showing up. 

    I am worried because we launch our new workflow on Feb 1st and we still cannot figure out a way to get our Hipaa forms to integrate with ANY system. Dropbox, Box, etc. We see 200+ patients a day and I need to make sure this Jotform system is going to work for us before implementing in 6 days. As you can imagine, it's been very stressful the last two days trying to get this to work. It's also very difficult when you don't offer phone support as it takes hours to go back and forth. 

    If there is anything your developers can do to help fix this problem that would be really great. We would love to use Box with our forms since we already currently use it. However, if that is not an option I am happy to use Dropbox. But right now, neither of them are working. 

    I really like Jotform and the way it functions for our intake forms, but I have to decide ASAP if I am going to start over using another form system that can integrate for us.

    I was able to replicate this issue when I tested the Dropbox integration for the issue you reported on this thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/1709224 

    I already reported the Dropbox issue to our developers. Can you please confirm that you are no longer getting this message?
