I checked your account in our system while I was working on your other thread and your account was not HIPAA Compliant. I checked again and the account is now HIPAA Compliant.
Is the issue now resolved?

The issues I am having are still not resolved! Please see other threads. This particular issue is now working. I had to re-instate the Hipaa compliance again and change my password. Definitely something you should pass on on to the developers as I had to upgrade my account, sign the BAA, and change my password twice before it actually showed on my account.

I was referring to the issue on this thread when I asked if the issue is resolved. We will address other issues on your other threads.
We can pass this issue to our developers, but can you please first confirm that only the first and third upgrade to HIPAA was successful.
1. You upgraded to HIPAA Compliance successfully.
2. You disabled HIPAA Compliance because of the Dropbox issue.
3. You upgraded to HIPAA Compliance again, changed password and signed BAA, but the account was not upgraded to HIPAA Compliance.
4. You re-instated the HIPAA Compliance, changed the password and signed BAA again and only then the account was upgraded to HIPAA Compliance.
