I have seen that you are paying your monthly subscription using PayPal.

Your PayPal subscription and your current username are connected together, therefore it must be canceled before changing the username.

Let us know if you want us to cancel your subscription(and downgrade the account to Free) so that we can change your username.

You can then upgrade the account again after we change the username.
