Hi,
I'm using your forms for a while and they work great! Is it possible to make a autoresponder which will send after for example 3/4 months since their submission, so I can automatically collect online customer satisfaction survey answers?
Thnx!

Yes, it is possible. Inside of this guide, you can find how to do it:

Thnx for the fast reply.
Yeah, I found that one already..Unfortunately 30 days is not enough, and a specific date is not suitable as it needs to correlate with the submission date... It would be ideal to send after x days/weeks and have the possibility to set a number..

It should be possible to send Autoresponder Email after, for example, 90 days using Date fields.
You can add a Date field to your form and set Default Date to Current.
After that, set a calculation using conditional logic to calculate a date on which the Autoresponder Email should be sent and pass the calculation to a second Date field.
How to Insert Text or Calculation into a Field Using Conditional Logic
Finally, select the second Date field inside of the Autoresponder Email settings.
The Date fields can be hidden or set to read-only on your form.
Here is a demo form - https://form.jotform.com/90224878388975
I would suggest you to clone it, change the calculation to send the Autoresponder Email after 1 day and test it.

Actually, we already have a guide:
