Can I set the email sender address to be the address entered in the form?

    Hello,

    I am trying to use JotForm (which I think is FANTASTIC!) for a questionnaire I need people to complete and based on their answers, their response will be emailed to my customer care ticketing system. Everything is working well, barring one small niggling issue: the sender's email address. Is there any way the sender's email address can be set to the email address collected in the form? In essense, I am looking for the same sender-configurability as an html form running a cgi sendmail script would afford me, but with the power, ease and convenience of JoyForm.

    The sender name can be set to a field in the form, however, the sender address needs to be a static address.  If it were possible to seemingly send emails from a specific address simply by entering it in a form, it would cause a lot potential issues for spoofed emails.  The "Reply-to" address can be set to a field in the form:

    But the actual sender needs to be either our noreply addresses or a specific custom address:
