Obtaining data from a prior form submission to continue adding data

I have read several threads but have not yet figured out if there is a way to get JotForms to do what I am looking for.

I have one form that is submitted by multiple people for sales calls.  All works great but when the same person goes to the same account for 2nd and 3rd calls, is there a way for them to reference their initial form submission so as to keep all the data together versus multiple form submissions.

Is there a way to create say:  Have you visited this business before (yes, no).  If yes, direct them to a prior submitted form or a new form that has the old data with space to update.  How do I automatically connect to the correct submission?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We cannot compare previous submissions.

You may try to setup your form to use URL parameters.

    Or save and continue later.

    Hope this helps.
