Adding a Link to a Thank You Screen

We are setting up different thank you screens based on responses.

In the conditions settings, is there any option to add a link to the thank you screen? When I highlight text, a link button appears (see SS below). I added a URL to highlighted text and then saved the condition. However, upon testing, the link did not appear in the thank you screen. Please advise.

You can select all the text and then use insert/edit link option under the thank you page. Please refer to the screenshot below:

If you want the users to be taken to an external link immediately after they click submit, then you can use Redirect to External Link option.
