I want two questions to interact with each other

Can you please help me understand how to get only a certain number of options to appear in Q2, after selecting an answer to Q1.   I am looking for a function similar to the 'if' logic in excel.

Basically, you have to create fields and show/hide the field according to your conditional logic.
