How can I send my forms to my users?

How do I get applicants to fill out forms if they do not pull them off a website?

I have assistants setting up the applicants at various times.  How do the forms get back to me for a specific applicant?  Is it a database, is there a specific invitation to be sent to applicants?  Does it have to go through their e-mail account?  What if they do not have one?

First of all, if your form is not on a website you have to manually send them the form, we have two different ways of doing that. The first way is, you can send the quick share link to your participants. The second way is you can send them via email. Also, you are able to send periodic emails to remind them to fill out your form.

Here is a more detailed guide on how to publish your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-3-Share+Forms

Secondly, the submissions are automatically sent to you after a participant fills out your form. You can check out your submissions from "my forms". Also, you can export your submissions in different ways like; excel, CVS, pdf.
