Incomplete values error in the Form on submission

    Good day May you kindly assist us on our simple lease agreement form, when we try to submit the form it gives us the message that says RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT

    On testing your Form, I noticed the field Residential Lease agreement is not shown on the Form and it is marked as important that is the reason it is not letting you submit the Form. I have added another similar field in your Form, hidden the previous field and it is not a mandatory one now.
