    I have cancelled my account but I am still being charged monthly $39.  Please help.

    To ensure your subscription is fully cancelled, cancel it via the PayPal dashboard:

    That will ensure it is cancelled immediately.  I sent a request to refund your last payment.  You should see a refund of $39.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
