SalesForce Duplicate Checking not working.

    I have followed all these steps and I continue to have duplicate contacts in Salesforce with every Jotform entry. Please advise.

    Every one of our forms are effected. We integrate all of our forms with Sales force, and we end up with duplications with every submission regardless of the form. Here is an example of the integration settings for one of our forms:

    As you have said that you get duplications with every submission, could you provide a screenshot of the duplicate error that is throwing up? As an example, you could provide the error that is being shown for the sample form that you have mentioned above. I presume that the name and email fields are being duplicated, right?

    There is no error message. The system does not seem to be following Salesforce's duplicate rules and instead just makes multiple copies of the same contact anytime the person fills out a new Jotform. For example, if I filled out 10 different forms, I will show up as 10 different contacts in salesforce because the system just makes a new contact every time instead of updating the existing one.

    Hello, we are still having issues with duplicates being added to Salesforce, as well as submissions not being sent to Salesforce at all.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello Ausome,

    Unfortunately, I don’t have an update yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve and that is very stressful. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developer Team again. 

    In the meantime, have you tried removing the integration from your form and adding it back again?
