I setup a custom SMTP but the email is still sent from Jotform

    Have created a custom SMTP email address to show as sender as well as reply to address. However, when sending an email, the reply to address changes, but the from shows noreply@jotform.com. Despite following all instructions, this continues to be the case. Please advise

    You are a sub-user account. The SMTP must be set up to the main account for it to work in the form. The main account is noriegajimmy. You should log in there or advise the in-charge to configure the SMTP for you.
