Why I Receive Duplicate Submission on Google Sheets Integration?

Hi, we have been using G-sheet integration to pull data from jotforms, it has been working fine until yesterday. I'm now getting extra rows of data in G-sheet than the actual submission in the jotform, meaning there are duplication for some. 

I have tried to remove and integrate a few times but still having the same issue. Could you please advise how can I fix this. Please advise what access do you need to investigate. 

I have gone ahead and resent the submissions from our end to your Google Sheet Integration. Check and confirm if the sheet is now showing with no duplicates. 

Note that you should not tamper with the integration in any manner such as changing sheet column titles, adding formulas to the sheet or changing values with the sheet. If you have done so, delete the integration and the associated files on your Google Account and re-integrate Google Sheets. 

To perform additional operations on the data in the sheet, copy over the data to a new sheet and perform the manipulations and calculations there. Refer to this guide: IMPORTRANGE Google Sheets.
