    No notification emails sent

    We have been using your service for 2 years now.  All of a sudden, we are not getting email alerts when a customer fills out our forms.  The customer gets a email stating its been sent, but we are not getting any.  We have checked our spam and junk filters and the forms are not sent to them.  I have tried sending emails to make sure they work, and get no emails.  When you go to our site, click on service and then Utah and sent a request.

    Hello,

    Your email is in the bounce list due to the following reason.

    shad@msr***t.*** is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Denied [74fbdd05.0.5572784.00-2366.7105234.p01c12m066.mxlogic.net] (Mode: normal)'

    I have now removed it so it should now be working. It seems like your email service provider was failed to received notification from us at some point and this causes the your email to bounce. We'd also suggest to check the following as it may help prevent this cases. How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues
