We are able to upgrade without paying for subscription.

    Hi Support

    We have updated our card details on jotform and downgraded our subcrition to silver, however we havent been charged for our silver yearly subscription.

    Please see the attached invoice.

    Hey CSGCEvents - I've reported this to our second level and billing team for further review: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1710917. However, since you have confirmed that you were not charged for your silver yearly plan, I downgraded your account back to FREE.

    You can upgrade your account now to the Silver yearly plan without problems.
