How to use multiple logos on a form?

I am making a form and need to use four different logo's. How can this be done?

I'm not sure I understand your concern. If you want to add images to your form, there are several ways to do it.

2). Utilize Jotform's image widgets

I have the need to place four different images in the logo field. Is there a way to do that? 

You can place the image into the form using 4 image widgets and then use custom CSS to change the position of the images on the form. You can position the images to where the logo should be.
