Form recipients are not able to view uploaded files.

    We are using a form which we also pass on to our customers while we get it filled out.

    However it seems that the customers cannot open the image links inside.

    For example, an image is uploaded in the form. In the mail there is a link to it but when using it they end up at a 404

    Whoops!

    I did check your account and found that  you have enabled privacy setting in  your  account as "Require log-in to view uploaded files.". Please check the screenshot below:

    That is the reason why your users are unable to view uploaded  files. I would suggest you to please disabled "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting in your account and  that should solve your problem.
