Please cancel the subscription for our extra account

it appears that the florida association of the deaf has two JotForm accounts, one in bronze status and the other in gold status.  FAD does not need two.  Please cancel the gold account effective immediately

I cancelled the subscription for your Gold account and refunded that last payment.  You should see a refund of $99.00 posted to your card within the next 7-10 business days.
