Do I require more than one Form?

I'm creating a seminar event where my first event date is free and is designed to inform potential clients and get them to sign up for the two day event.

Do I need two separate forms or can they sign up for the free date and then go back to their form and pay for the two day event?

Also, I have SendOwl as my 3rd party payment platform. Can I integrate SendOwl on the form?

I presume that this is the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/90245703029149

    Alternative I -

You can achieve this in one form itself using conditions. If your users sign up for a free date, they can directly submit the form, else if they are signing for a two-day event, they can be taken to the payment page.

    Alternative II -

In the first form, you can set the event as Free. Once the users submit the form, they will be taken to the Thank You page. On the Thank you page, you can redirect your users to the second form to sign up for the two-day event.

I have moved your query regarding the payment platform to a new thread. You can check the thread link below:

I will provide an update shortly on the above thread.
