page title keeps on changing back to defualt setting

I am doing this but it keeps changing back is there anyway to make sure it does not keep changing back

To clarify, your form settings are reverting back to the default settings?

I have tested my sample form and I was able to edit the title page.

Can you please try using other web browsers in editing your form?
