Account History: Only goes back a few weeks

    I was looking back through my email history to recover information and data about accidentally deleted submissions. However when I select "All Time" my data history only goes back through January 9, 2019.  However, the account was created September 30, 2014. The user name was changed earlier this month which may be the crux of the issue. How do I recover my account history before Jan. 9th? there is this notice as well:

    It appears to be caused by the account name change. I am escalating a ticket to our developers to see if there is a way to restore the account history related to the old account name. There is no ETA at this time, but we will immediately let you know if we have any updates.
