I'm trying to build a form that will allow for file uploads that are sent to Box.
I have all of that figured out but the problem I'm running into is that each form submit is also sending a copy of the order in pdf format to my Box account but I'm only looking for the file uploads (if there are any) to go there.
Is there a way to disable form data from going to Box?

Sorry, but that is how Box.com integration works with Jotform. Currently, there's no option to not include the PDF file.
Since this feature is not supported, what I can do is forward this to our L2 team as a feature request. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an estimated time frame or whether this request will be approved or not. Rest assured that this has been forwarded to the right team for further review.

Thank you for your response.
Since the pdf must be included, can what's on the pdf be modified? There's proprietary information on our forms that I do not want carried over to a pdf on Box.

Yes, the PDF Submission Report can be customized. Once in the editor, you have the option to remove fields from the PDF. Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report
Direct PDF Editor Link: https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/
Once the PDF is edited, that version should be sent to Box as well.
