Hi I have recently changed my emails hosting and had to recreate a new roundcube email account still using sam@lilspabeauties.co.uk
I am not receiving any notifications now since the change. What can I do to make sure these come through to me please?

Please make sure that you have whitelisted the IP address and domains.
