Can multiple people register using one device?

We have a tryout from for players to register. On the day of the tryout, how can the players register using 1 device that we provide for them? The form normally states that someone has registered using this device already. We'd like the option for all walk in players to register from our provided device.

On inspecting the Form, I noticed that you have enabled unique submission in your Form by enabling "Check cookies and IP". Please switch to "No check".
