Google Spreadsheet - Duplicates and Errors

    Hey guys.  My forms are submitting duplicate entries to google spreadsheets.  I check the submissions report on jotform and all is correct.  Are you having issues with the google integration?

    Also, one google spreadsheet stopped receiving entries on Jan 22.  But over 15 entries have been submitted since Jan 22.  

    Both of these problems are fixed by removing integration and re-integrating.  The issue appears each week.  The spreadsheets are shared with various people that need the form submissions.  Removing integration and starting over and re-sharing files is not a good workflow.

    Just wondering if there have been any updates on this issue? The new forms I've created within the last week are still creating duplicate and triplicate entries. Thanks!

    we already released a fix relating multiple spreadsheet submissions issue. It must have solved your problem. I am closing the ticket. Please update this thread if the problem persists.
