I created a form to use in Solve360. Why can't I map all the fields?

I have created a form for our wedding business.  It is in My Forms, http://www.jotform.com/?formID=30255452453954.  Unfortunately, I can't seem to map all the fields to Solve360 fields. Am I missing something?

I've taken a look at your form and as per the guide http://www.jotform.com/help/191-How-to-Integrate-Solve360 the integration will automatically match the Name, Email and Phone fields but you can match other fields as well which means they need to coincide with the information that is sent so that the field that catches it within Solve360 can gather the same data.

I don't think it is possible to match every field unless you can create the same field to match it to within Solve360 itself. Make sure that you have these fields set up properly on both ends and then try adding the integration again to see if this helps. If you continue to have problems just let us know.
