It would be helpful to be able to convert between classic and card forms.

    You can convert your current form to any layout in your form settings. Please follow the guide below to achieve that.

    Guide:

    1.) Click (Edit) the form you want to convert to classic/card layout.
    2.) Go to form SETTINGS.
    3.) Show more options then find "FORM LAYOUT"

    All Questions in One Page = Classic form layout
    Single Question in One Page = Card forms layout
