Where did my form go?

I created a form, copied the link and pasted in my gmail email and hit send.  Most of the emails bounced back but when I went to resend them, my for is gone.

Why is that?

Hey Gina - Are you referring to this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/90267416470154)? I checked your account and I see it in your MY FORMS PAGE. I can also open it means the form is not deleted or disappeared.

Name of the form is: Respond to an Event Now Form.

Please check and let us know if you still do not see the form.
