Select a different pdf to attach to a "form submitted" notification email

    Good Morning,

I'm working on a scholarship application (online form). I'd like to send a pdf of the application to the applicants after they submit, so I went into Settings/Email and set up a notification email.

When in the Advanced tab in the pdf editor, I have two tabs for 2 different pdfs. One is an almost exact copy of what the applicants input, in the order they input it. That one is called "PDF to Applicant".

The other tab is a pdf called "2019 Scholarship App" that I set up for the selection committee, and I've simplified that form to eliminate extraneous information and also changed the order of information presented. I don't want that one to go to applicants.

The problem is that I want to select the "PDF to Applicant" to send to the applicant, and that option is not available on the PDF Attachment drop-down in Settings/Emails/Advanced. I need to understand how I can attach the correct pdf to the applicant's email notification.

    Thank you.

P.S. Sorry about the jpg below. I first attached a word document, and then didn't know how to delete it and move on, so I just substituted a random jpg!

You may set up conditions to your Form and conditionally send emails to two different set of people.

    Refer to this guide:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
