How can I adjust a form for my website

    I have recently purchased Louisville Tractor, and I am being told they were using this form for service requests.  The site is a Magento site.  The current person that is getting the service requests needs to change.  I am unable to find where to go to make these changes.

    Hello Joshua, In order to adjust request form, you will need to login to JotForm account that owns the form. Do you have any information on this?
