I don't remember my private key to open our form. Please let me know what it is because we received something online and was not able to open it.

Sadly, we don't have a copy of your private key. You received a downloaded copy of it when you first enabled form encryption. Kindly check your computer's download folder. Otherwise, if you can't find it saved in your computer, my only recommendation now is to disable encryption immediately so you can read new and future submissions.

For the rest of the submissions that were encrypted, there's no way to decrypt them now. If you happen to find your private key in the future, you can re-use it to decrypt these submissions.
