PDF export - stuck on PDF generation

Goodevening,

I am trying to export my submission through PDF export, however, it says there is a job still running.

Unfortunately this is clearly not the case. I already tried to log out and to close my browser window, however, without any luck yet.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The issue is supposed to be fixed. Please try to download the PDF report again.
