How would I create a form that allows people to purchase an item and the proceeds go directly to my bank account? I could not find a payment gateway that matches my bank account.

The available Payment Gateway Providers that you can integrate with JotForm are found on this page — https://apps.jotform.com/category/payment_processing

I guess my question would be - do I need to have an account with the available payment gateway providers or is there one that would work, just incorporating my bank account information into it? Or would my bank need to be one of the payment gateway providers?

To my understanding, you would like to post your payments directly to your bank account.

Authorize.Net accepts credit card payment which will then be posted directly to your bank account. Of course, you would have to sign up for their service and pay corresponding fees. Also, you should integrate on your form.

After the integration, you should edit your integration settings with your API Login ID and Transaction Key.
