Also, can you advise as to how I would then make changes to the form - how would I navigate back to the original form to, then, make amendments to it after establishing it as an embedded code on the site...?

Do you want to revert your form to the previous version? If yes, please refer to the user guide on how to.

I don't think that this answered the question, so let me rephrase: If I'm using an embedded code to put a form on my website but want to make changes to the form, will the embedded code still work or will I need to replace with a revised code each time?

On your other threads, I saw that you embedded your form with the iFrame embed code. You will not have to re-embed your form when you make any changes. The form will be automatically updated on your website as well.
The form has to be re-embedded only when using the Full Source Codes.
