Zillow integration request

I'm wanting to create a survey to share the clients experience on Zillow and other website.  How do I have the clients survey answers get uploaded to Zillow.  The answer I received was incorrect.  

We currently do not have direct integration with Zillow. However, it is possible to connect JotForm and Zillow via Zapier.
