Allowing someone access to my forms to create new ones

can I provide access for someone to log into my account and create new forms for me but not let them have ability to alter my settings?

Hello John, You can create new forms and share access to them by creating a collaboration link. This would provide access to form builder only:  Understanding-Form-Collaboration

Also, we can transfer forms from one account to another, if this would help you.
