I'm not an AT&T user and my forms are not showing up on Facebook or my Wordpress blog. On Facebook I get this message: Google Chrome could not load the webpage because secure.jotform.us took too long to respond. The website may be down, or you may be experiencing issues with your Internet connection.
On my blog the page pulls up fine but the form is never displayed and the wait icon keeps circling around and around as if it's trying to download something, but the form never appears.
Seems to be happening to a lot of people today, any idea when this will be cleared up?

the .us domain was disabled temporary
I am able to display your form correctly. Can you please clear your browser's cache? Also, please change the domain from .us to .com

I changed the domain to .com on my wordpress blog and it works, but it's SLOOOOOOOOW! Anyone looking at my site would give up before the form appeared. Any idea when this will be fixed?

I am able to see your facebook page with no problem, can you please share with us your wordpress url?
At any rate, I have just sent a note to our 2nd level so you should get an update on this thread anytime soon.

It's great that you can see it Jeanette, but if my clients can't see it that does me now good... :)
Here's the link to one of the forms on my wordpress blog: http://www.nfocusphotos.com/letmein/ Changing to .com worked, but it's really, really slow loading...
Any idea when this will be fixed?

The wordpress page is also not loading slow on my side.
Have you cleared your browser cache?
Like I said I sent a message to our dev team, you should recieve an update on this thread about when the issue would be resolved

Once again, great that it works for you but I have cleared the cache and my page pops up instantly but where the form should be I just get a white box. The form show up eventually, but it takes over a minute to load.
And I have no idea how you can see it on my FB page. I didn't even change it to .com there yet. Are you in the United States?
- jeanettebmzAnswered on January 29, 2013 at 10:57 PM
Nope, I am not in the .us region . That is why I have no problem to see the FB page or your WP site, both look ok here
- nporcaroAnswered on January 29, 2013 at 11:02 PM
I'd suggest you not tell people that everything looks good on your end if you're in a completely different region. You being able to see it is IRRELEVANT. My clients ALL live HERE and they're the ones who pay my bills. I'd really appreciate it if you could have someone figure out if this is a 1 day thing or a 1 month thing so I'll know if I need to do something different...

I did not mean to say this is irrelevant. I actually said that I sent a note to our dev team, which means that I opened a ticket on this thread and set it to Urgent. At any rate, the entire Jotform Team is very aware of the issue

Like I said above, you should recieve a response here anytime soon.We appreciate your understanding.

According to our Security layer provider, CloudFlare, problem is related with AT&T's DNS servers. If you're not using AT&T as an ISP, it still may affect your connection if your ISP is working with AT&T.
We suggest you to use Global DNS servers (22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199), Google DNS Servers (188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206) or OpenDNS (220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168).
@CloudFlare : Only issue we have seen with AT&T today is not actually with us (timing out well before it hits our network; appears to be a recursive DNS issue.

Seems to be working fine.
