I would like to be able to map all (or multiple fields) of the fields in the Jotform to the task notes/description in Asana

    Hi!

I'm reaching out regarding the Jotform integration with Asana, whereby you can have form submissions create a task in Asana.

The issue I am having though is that it does not seem possible to have the entire form (including all fields) be submitted to the task description/notes in Asana. Rather, you must map all fields that you create in the form to a specific field within your project in Asana.

I would like to be able to map all (or multiple fields) of the fields in the Jotform to the task notes/description in Asana. Is this possible?

Any insight you can provide would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Luke

Unfortunately, with the default integration it is only possible to map single fields to the specific fields in Asana. However, if you want to add multiple fields to the description you may add a separate Long Text field on the form and use a condition to merge the other fields to long text field using a condition. Please follow the guide below that can help you with merging fields.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

You may then map the long text field to the description in the Asana integration.

    Thanks!
