Conditional IF statement not working

I need help with my IF - then conditional

I am inputting 4 fields automatically into my form, via the URL.

ONE of those 4 fields (a number), I set INCORRECTLY

This field is HIDDEN and not editable by the customer, because I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SMART ENOUGH NOT TO SCREW THIS UP!   But, I screwed it up.

But, I know the CORRECT number for each WRONG # I sent out via email.

SO - I just want to swap a bad number (in the field called, "Customer ID #") for the Correct Number.

I built a conditional to do that for each of the bad numbers I sent out.

    But, it's not working.

Here's the URL that goes to the form, with the WRONG # IN IT:

    https://cdn.jotfor.ms/83334436984163&entityid=63379&franchiseName=Christmas_Decor_by_Murphy's_Law&franchiseLocationterritory115=Murphy's_Law_-_Blue_Ridge&franchiseNumber=012345

    The "63379" is wrong.

    It should have been:971111404

So my conditional simply says, "IF {Customer ID#}=63379 - change it to 971111404

    but, it's not working

Could be I'm not building the "INPUT" correctly with the Syntax?

Could be I can't change an Uneditable field?

    I just am lost.

I had all that in there - and then when I posted, it all disappeared.  I've added all the info back.

Unfortunately, changing it through conditions will not be possible, since the URL parameter forces it to be the number that you have specified. What you can do is to add a second field, you could call it "Correct Customer ID #", then create a condition:

If "Customer ID #" is equal to "63379"

    Then

Input "971111404" into "Correct Customer ID #"
