shared form is missing

    Hello, I contacted JotForm Support yesterday a couple of different times hoping that I  can retrieve our corporate data from your servers w/o much luck as it seems to have disappeared when we re-assigned ownership of the account. Additionally, our creative Director, Nate Hall, is receiving your responses. Please route responses to me; the owner of the account for all intents and purposes is So I am reopening this issue today, as I have not received further communication from your support team about where our data is, and/or why access to the shared folder was removed in the first place.

    I am the Technical Writer for Catalyst Repository Systems, and we would very much appreciate it if you can help us track down a folder that was removed from our account when we changed the user name and email associated with it on Saturday 1/26, as it traded hands from the old employee, back to our IT staff, and now it is back under my control; the form I edited Saturday was our Site Deactivation and Archive Request.Form which to my knowledge was our most commonly used form in addition to our training request, and site setup forms.

    All of the forms were stored in a shared folder under a paid account, which we all thought was this account: cgilmet@catalystsecure, so we tried to change it over to me:, and we got locked out, and now the shared folder named "sshea" is gone. The URLs for our forms are as follows:

    You can see from the attached screenshot that I successfully made some edits using the JotForm account on Saturday. Please help us to retrieve/restore all of our forms and subsequent data to this account, and make sure your response is routed to me: kystevens@catalystsecure, and let me know what I need to do to ensure this does not happen again, as we have already wasted so much time during a very busy week trying to get this sorted out. Any customer satisfaction incentive you might be able to provide would go a long way.

    Do note that only the form account owner can share the forms to the sub-users.

    I would suggest contacting the form owner to share the forms to your account.

    Again, we no longer have an employee with that email address, and to my knowledge, the account was deactivated over a year ago. Also, we had access to the shared folder, on Saturday 1/26 until we just tried to change the email and user name on the account. It's our corporate data that you are basically holding hostage which tells me that YOU, not the supposed account owner, removed our access because I have spoken with Suzanne Shea, and she stated that has not logged into the account in over a year, so I am not stupid, and we know something is wrong on JotForm's end. We are a legal technology firm specializing in the collection, review, and processing of relevant data, so I would advise that you try to be of more assistance and stop blocking our access to our folders.
    Again, if you are unwilling or unable to assist, can you please just provide us with hard copies of all of our data, and we will source another vendor.

    I just checked your account and I can view the shared folder in your account kystevens .
