My edits to the autoresponder will not save

I have created a rather lengthy registration form. I am using the autoresponder email to give registrants additional information, then show all the fields from the form with their answers so they have a reference of what they submitted. HOWEVER, all the form fields are not showing - it is cutting off the last 5 fields, which are where the balance due and intended payment amount appear. This is important info to include for the registrants' reference.

I tried adding rows at the end of the table and manually inserting the missing fields. When I click Save, JotForm acts as if it is saving, but when I return to the autoresponder email set-up, the rows/form field info that I added and saved is gone. FURTHER, a line of html code keeps appearing at the top of the table and I cannot successfully delete and save it to keep it gone. It is an incomplete line of code, so it is showing up in the body of the autoresponder email being sent out.

We have opened registration for our event so I need to resolve these last 2 issues asap. Please tell me how to fix them!

    THANKS.

I cloned the form to test it and was able to successfully add more rows to the autoresponder table:

The changes were saved after pressing the save button.  Creating a new autoresponder should create an email with all current form fields:

You can then add your other contents to the body of the new email.  If the issue persists even with a new autoresponder, let us know and we can take a closer look.

I was able to do the same thing, create a new row and add new text and form field code. And I saved it, but the problem came in when I later reopened the email form and the changes had reverted, i.e., they didn't really Save.

I have done as you suggested and generated a new autoresponder, so all the fields are intact. I made all my edits and settings, then deleted the faulty one, so there is only [the right] one left for the form to use when it needs to send it out.

    thanks for the help.

I assume the problem is now fixed on the new autoresponder.

If you come across issues again, feel free let us know.

Everything is looking great so far - we are testing now. I will let you know if I hit another speedbump. Thanks for the prompt and helpful answer. :)
