Integrating form with Pay Pal

Good afternoon, I've used JotForm for an event registratiion form for a few years -- we have a free account becuase this is all we need it for -- I must have run into a problem last year and I am trying to figure it out.

What I want: JotForm to take the registrant to Pay Pal - and the form to go to the designated retreat chair after the payment was made. I used to be able to do this when I had the form on Weebly.

Now we are using a Wordpress site -- is the problem that?

Last year I posted the link to the form -- people filled it out -- the form came to me. And then I had to manually go in and issue a Pay Pal invoice to each person.

Is it because we have a free account? Or our website? Or b/c I just don't know what I'm doing. (I vote for #3)

Thank you for any help you can provide.

From what I understood, you would like to have your users redirected to another website when they finish paying on PayPal?

To do that, you have to:

    1) Integrate your form with PayPal: https://www.jotform.com/help/391-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Paypal-Standard-

    2) Set the thank you page so your users are redirected to another page (the page you would like): https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

Now, your users submit the form, they are redirected to PayPal, once they finish paying they will be redirected to your Thank you page.

And this would work with embedded form as well.

Last year I posted the link to the form -- people filled it out -- the form came to me. And then I had to manually go in and issue a Pay Pal invoice to each person.

If you are using Paypal Integration, the recipient will automatically receive the receipt by email after the payment. You can also check the transaction record to your Paypal Account Dashboard.

If that is what you had in mind?

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

So would I simply take the code that is generated when I am done with the form and paste it onto my page in Wordpress?

That is correct, you can choose from various embedding methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
