What is the form in question? If you are trying to display an image in your form through the Image field, and it does not display, please try removing it, and uploading it from your local drive. Example:

Clement DanterniiReplied on January 30, 2019 at 7:43 AMThis is the form URLhttps://form.myjotform.com/90254862339563
Is there a way you can offer assistance with the field population to
another form without asking the receipt to fill those fields again?
The tutorial is complex though. After exporting data to excel , how can we recall the passport pictures of
the files uploaded. Can we have a situation where we will create a local
directory where we can recall the file by their unique ID. So lets say,
applicant A, has a pictrue picture attached to his form. But in excel , the
picture doesn't show.but rather a url. How do we recall their pictures on a
local machine by just hitting their url?

In order to display an image in the notification, you can do it as shown on the guide previously provided. Now, when it comes to positioning it, you need to edit the table content, for example:

You may clone it if you want to: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
IMPORTANT: please check your account settings, under "Privacy" options, if you have required log-in to view the uploaded files, the images will not display in your notifications: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

I have changed the casing of the IMG tag in your upload field on the email notification to uppercase. Can you check it again? It should work now I think.
May we also ask your permission on making test submissions in your form so we can troubleshoot further?

I just made a test submission in your form and the image is now shown on the sent email.
I have also updated your autoresponders with the IMG tag. They should also work.

I have just approved your non-profit application. Please check your email for the approval. You can also go ahead and view the pricing page to see the discounts, and upgrade from there.
As for the second form, it is the Final stage - Asys2019 Confirmation form, right?

Clement DanterniiReplied on February 8, 2019 at 6:43 AMHello , I got this email from Jotform, could you kindly explain how to get
the following fields details to them?
1. Couple of mandatory parameters were not sent to us along with the
request. Ex. uid, email, history[registration_date]
Please refer to the list of parameters present in our documentation here:
https://docs.paymentwall.com/apis#section-widget-dg
2. We observed you have set the pingback type of email, we do not encourage
merchants to use email based pingbacks unless they have very low traffic.
Therefore, we request you to change the pingback type to "URL" based
pingbacks and implement pingback processing as per our documentations here:
https://docs.paymentwall.com/reference/pingback-home
Thank You
