Jersey Number Selection On Form

I'm needing help building a form that I can use for teams to have their players select a jersey number and then that number no longer be available after it's selected.  I have 7 grade levels and each grade can choose between 1 and 99 as a jersey number.  Some players in each grade will already have numbers so I will need to exclude those from the list to choose from.  Any ideas??

I can only think of the Gift Registry Widget as a good solution https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/gift_registry. You can add this widget to your form.

In the widget settings, you can define all the numbers you want (by default they have 1 quantity). This means that once the number is selected and the form is submitted, it can't be selected again by other users.
