    To downgrade your subscription, you may perform what is instructed in this guide to your account — How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-back-to-Free-Account

    If you cancel your subscription now, it will be on the free subscription at the end of your current cycle. The information about it will be shown on the billing page of your account — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    When we downgrade our account, do we have to recreate our existing forms or will they transfer to the new account?

    No.

    All your existing forms will remain. You will not lose any data or forms. You can still access everything on your account.
