You have an imposter collecting personal information on your platform

My name is Sam Rai, owner of SmartPoint Research which is a Canadian market research firm.  Please look into this page:

They used our old logo and included our company name to have people join a panel/database and collect personal information.  Once people register on their page, they receive an email from thesmartpointresearch@gmail.com which has no affiliation to us.  Subject lines include:

- CREDIT CARD FUNDING PAYMENT FORM

- PRE FIRST SHOPPING TASK

- CONGRATULATIONS

3 separate individuals received the above, all reaching out to us to confirm this is valid.  All 3 people received follow up emails from from thesmartpointresearch@gmail.com.  I've already reported this to google.  I strongly suggest you look into and shut this page down as it's not legitimate.
