I am receiving two emails everytime a form is submitted.  The emails look mostly the same except Version 2 below, has a slightly different Subject Line and is a little easier to read because the font is larger.  It also has a nice little tab at the top where it says "Form Title" which is a nice touch as well.  So overall, I like Version 2 better, but why am I receiving two emails for every submission that are mostly the same?

Hello Matt, I see that your form has 2 Notification templates set up and 2 Autoresponders. You can delete one following this guide: How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

The reason why there are 2 sets of Notifications, and 2 sets of Autoresponders is because there are 2 forms.  Therefore, I don't really understand your response.  You said to delete one.  Which one should I delete?  The Notification or the Autoresponder?  Aren't they 2 different things, don't I need both?  If they are the same thing then why have the ability to create both of them in your system?  Also, in my prior email, which screenshot is the Notification email, and which one is the Autoresponder email (Version 1 or 2)? As I said before, Version 2 is a bit bigger and therefore, easier to read.  If you are telling me that a Notification and Autoresponder are the same exact thing and I only need one, then I would rather keep the one with the larger text.  Please clarify.

If you only need one email notification and one auto responder, I would suggest that you review which autoresponse and notification you want to keep. You can also delete all notification and auto response and start from scratch by following our guides below.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

    https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

This will ensure that you will have a default notification and autoresponse settings.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Thanks but no one has explained what is the difference between version 1
    and 2.
Also, I think I figured out why I recieved 2 emails. It's because I am
testing the form, but I am both the admin and the tester so therefore, when
I entered my email in the test form as a new customer, I received that
autoresponder email, and I also received the notification email since I am
the administrator. So which email is which? It doesn't say?
What's strange though is that when I submitted the test form using a
different email, I still received two emails. That's what has me baffled.

Both emails on your screenshots are Notification emails.

Notification emails are sent to form owner, but Autoresponders to customers who filled your form and entered their address.

Can you please provide some more information on what you mean by The reason why there are 2 sets of Notifications, and 2 sets of Autoresponders is because there are 2 forms. ?

If form has 1 notification and autoresponder, emails will be sent for every submission automatically. This way if you have 4 email templates, all 4 will be sent for every submission. We provide an option to create several emails for cases when users need to send them to different recipients, for example. Or to use with conditions:
